Preparing the Seminar Paper in
"Publication-Ready" Format
"Publication-Ready" Page Specifications
Format details are available in a document meeting the required format:

(PDF file)
Paper Length:
Maximum length of the total paper (including text, figures, tables, references) is
8 pages in the Publication-Ready format.
Figures, Tables, Equations, and Symbols:
All figures and tables must be readable.
Figures must be of high quality and are NOT scanned or cut and pasted from a
reference -- prepare your own!
Submitting the "Publication-Ready" Copy:
The "publication-ready" paper must be in electronic format, preferably PDF. Most people prepare
their final copy in MS-Word and then convert to PDF.
The final electronic copy must be submitted electronically to Florence Josephs (flojo@rh.edu)
in acceptable format, no later than March 31, 2006, 7:00 p.m.

Please pay attention to all the details!
