The instructions below are general. You'll need to adapt them to your e-mail system.

To subscribe, unsubscribe, or get the help file, use the "cs-seminar-request@rh.edu" address.

To post or send a message to the class, use the " cs-seminar@rh.edu" address.

To subscribe:

1. Compose a new message, addressed to "cs-seminar-request@rh.edu".
2. Leave the subject line blank.
3. In the message body, type the single word "subscribe".
4. Send the message as usual.
5. You'll get a response asking you to confirm/authenticate your Email address and your intent to be added to the list.
6. Reply to the confirmation message with the authentication code given, and you should receive a "welcome" message from the LISTSERV.

To post a message to the listserv:

1. Compose a new message, addressed to " cs-seminar@rh.edu".

You can also reply to a message from the listserv -- just make sure the address is correct.
2. Fill in the subject line and message body, and send it, as you would for any message.

To get more help with listserv commands:

1. Compose a message to "cs-seminar-request@rh.edu".
2. In the message body, type the single word "help", and send the message as usual.
